Utilizing The Fid as a center for training, we partner with organizations and institutions who are working tirelessly to promote equity in our industry. Focusing on relationship building, hiring and mentorship of young tradespeople, our mission is to build a more accessible pipeline into the building trades. We strive to mentor more black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), women, and local residents, with the firm belief that one career at a time, the trades can empower communities.
